We offer classes for all ages and fitness levels. From kid's classes, to Mums and Bubs to MMA and sparring sessions. Whether you're looking to get fit, build confidence, become a more skillful fighter or just try something new, we've got you covered!

This class is designed for women who want to get back into or start training after having baby. A safe, fun and non judgmental class where you can take time out for yourself, bring your bubba, and have a good time while working up a sweat.

We have classes for Children as young as five all the way up to more involved skill based classes for teens. An ideal way for your child to build confidence, learn a new skill, and unleash all that energy! Great for learning discipline, motor skills and most importantly have fun.

Get fit while using the skills and techniques of boxing, kickboxing and jiu jitsu. No boring workouts here! These classes will keep you moving and heart pumping as you incorporate bag workouts, running drills, weight work, mat work and pad work.
