Yoga for Kids 5-8yrs

Fun, inspirational classes encourage a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative series, we combine simple and challenging yoga poses with engaging songs, props and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility and self-love. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus and self-regulate through breathing and relaxation techniques. This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills.  Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class.
